After using Sn0wbreeze 2.9.1 on 3gs oldbootrom to upgrade to iOS 5.0.1, Safari crashes. Please advise.

iBooty seems to not boot the iphone4 with 5.0.1. I will seem to work, as it goes thru all the steps, but the phone just sits on a black screen. You here the tone sound when you unplug and plug to the computer but still black screen. Redsn0w tethered boot works.
Please address.
